*To request and appointment please submit the form above, you will receive a response via email within 24 hours. Please note due to high demand and limited appointments a $100 deposit is required to schedule your appointment which will be credited towards your treatment cost. For new clients a consultation will be provided during your first visit followed by your treatment the same day. Please note your appointment reservation is not finalized until you have processed your reservation deposit.
