Radiant Skin & Your Digestive Tract
One thing I want to talk about is your digestive system. What a lot of people don't know is if you want to have good skin your digestive system has to be working very efficiently. The problem begins with eating the wrong foods: synthetic processed foods, fried foods, sugars and fast food.
Within our digestive tract we have good bacteria and bad bacteria, with an unhealthy diet we begin to clog up our digestive system which creates an unbalance of higher bad bacteria inside of us, this leads to bloating, constipation, acne, bad breath and so forth. You should be passing bowl every single day.
So the first priority on your journey to achieving the most beautiful skin is make sure your digestive system is working well!
ESSENTIALS FOR SKIN HEALTH:
#1 Begin your morning by drinking hot water, you can add tea or lemon or honey. I just drink my hot water plain and add a few tea leaves for little flavor. This will help kick start your digestive system and stimulate bowl movement.
#2 Drink 3 cups of organic green tea preferably decaffeinated. This will fuel you with antioxidants and help detox your body.
#3 Take a high quality probiotic supplement everyday, this will help to balance the good bacteria in your digestive system. Probiotics help to break down food, reduce inflammation, keep yeast overgrowth in check and heal and repair the lining of the intestinal wall. Select a probiotic coming from a refrigerated section from whole foods.
#4 You need to change the way you eat, you can't expect to have beautiful clear glowing skin if you eat junk food. The ideal food intake should be all natural (organic which means free of pesticides) non processed non man made foods. Vegetable and fruits, but more veggies than fruits. Vegetables will give you fiber, vitamins, nutrients, minerals, proteins and fruits will give you many antioxidants and vitamins. What I recommend is don't try to make this change over night it takes time to make such a big change so start with eating half bad diet and half good diet and try to little by little increase the good food intake until it becomes part of your lifestyle.
#5 Drink a lot of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and assist with flushing your system out.
