We love and take pride in providing our clients with professional services and are courteous of their time. In order for us to maintain efficiency in our practice, as well as giving full consideration to our staff, it is necessary for us to implement this cancellation policy. It is imperative that you thoroughly check your personal calendar to ensure the treatment date is ideal for you when scheduling your appointment in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you have 3 days/ 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to do so and your deposit will be fully transferred to your updated appointment. A deposit can only be transferred one time.
You can cancel your reserved appointment 5 days BEFORE the scheduled appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. Canceling after this time will result in your deposit being forfeited and will not be refunded.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will not have enough time to complete your treatment as we need to be respectful of the following appointment coming in and therefore your appointment will be considered a no-show and result in a complete loss of your deposit.
No-show is considered failure to cancel - reschedule after the time allowed or failure to not show for a scheduled appointment altogether. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will not be refunded your deposit as it will be considered a cancellation fee of $100. All patients are responsible and subject to all terms expressed herein. No exceptions will be made.
